In 2019, he published his first wine book titled Italiens hemmelige vine, followed by his second book, Italiens fantastiske hvidvine, in 2021. Steen has also contributed as an expert on a Danish wine podcast series, discussing Italian wines, and has written articles for wine magazines and newspapers.
